Welcome to our Immigration Website. I am Leon E. Jew, the managing attorney at D|L|G. I am licensed to practice before US Supreme Court, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, US Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, US Court of International Trade, Supreme Court of California, Supreme Court of New York, Supreme Court of Minnesota, Court of Appeals of District of Columbia (D.C.), as well as US Patent and Trademark Office (PTO). 

 

I am a member of the California State Bar, New York State Bar, Minnesota State Bar and the DC Bar. I am also a member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA), the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL).

 

I holds academic degrees of J.D., LLM in Intellectual Property Law, MA in History and Philosophy of Science, and BE in Electronics Engineering.

 

My areas of practice include: patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, visas and immigration, corporation, commercial litigation, anti-dumping, countervailing, FDA, FAA, and FCC, and criminal defense (high-tech and "white collar") at all Federal Courts in the United States.
